Yuri Pritykin

Assistant Professor of Computer Science and Genomics

I am an Assistant Professor at the Lewis-Sigler Institute for Integrative Genomics and the Department of Computer Science at Princeton University.

I am also affiliated with the Department of Molecular Biology, the Bioengineering Institute and the Center for Statistics and Machine Learning, and am an Associate Member at the Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey.

Previously I was a postdoctoral researcher in the Leslie lab in Computational and Systems Biology Program at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. I received PhD in computer science from Princeton University advised by Mona Singh and MSc and PhD in mathematics from Lomonosov Moscow State University advised by Alexei Semenov and Andrej Muchnik. I graduated from Moscow School 57.
